    • To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or store credit, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the defective or damaged item.

  4. Sale Items

    • Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  5. Processing Time

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. If approved, we will process the exchange or issue store credit within a reasonable time frame.
